Dr. Stanley J. Ward is the Founder and Principal of Influence Coaching, LLC. Since 2011, he has provided leadership coaching for mid-level to executive leaders in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Dr. Ward holds a PhD in Leadership Studies and holds an Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation.
