When You Transform Your Communication Style, You Also Transform Conflict.

Turn obstacles into opportunities.

First, Understand Your Default.

At some point, the communication style that served you in the past no longer works.

Interpersonal conflict either leaves you feeling resentful, or you find others resenting you. You want good things for yourself and those around you, so why is communication so hard? I've been there - feeling like a martyr sometimes or coming across as too aggressive other times. During my PhD studies in leadership, I discovered the Thomas Killman Conflict Mode Inventory, and it provided a model that explained why I felt this way. It gave me other options for how I could resolve interpersonal conflict more effectively. By taking this class, you will complete the Thomas Kilman Inventory (TKI) and learn a five-step process that will transform conflict into collaboration.

You Can Experience Less Conflict

When you know your options.

  • Avoid burnout for yourself or your team

You Can Enjoy More Collaboration

  • Clearly communicate your needs and goals
